Step 1: Visit Our Showroom & Speak with an Expert
Your hot tub journey starts with a visit to our Milton, VT showroom. When you stop in, one of our experienced and friendly sales associates will be ready to answer your questions and help you find the perfect spa for your home and lifestyle.

Step 2: Place Your Order & Secure with a Deposit
Once you’ve selected your hot tub, a deposit is required to either hold the spa in-stock or place an order if your selected model is not immediately available. This secures your spa and initiates the coordination process for delivery.
Step 3: Schedule Your Hot Tub Delivery
We coordinate delivery through a trusted third-party moving company. While Avalon Pools and Spas will handle communication on the logistics end, the moving company will contact you directly to schedule the delivery date.
Important:
Not every hot tub includes delivery, so please confirm whether your purchase includes this service. Your hot tub must be paid in full before delivery is scheduled.
Step 4: Delivery Day – What to Expect
On the day of delivery, the third-party moving company will:
